The location was good. It was a short walk to victoria station. i found the staff to be friendly. the breakfast was of great value, though i only had it once. facilities in the room were great.

The location proved quite convenient near transport links. I found a wide selection of restaurants nearby (a real plus!). The staff responded quickly to my requests. The room was recently renovated.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My room was warm with a comfortable bed and a shower that worked well.
My room was disappointing. The floors were quite creaky. It was loud when people walked around above my room. The curtains did not close properly, annoying.

Check-in was easy. The luggage room was also available. I found the front desk staff friendly. They were available for assistance around the clock.
The television in the room did not function. The electrical outlet beside the bed seemed unreliable. I also noticed noise from people in an adjacent room.

The room size felt inadequate considering the price. The bed was rather small. The poor quality of the electrical fittings was quite concerning, (I even worried about safety). Some lights didn't work upon arrival, and the plug sockets looked loose.

The hotel is very close to Victoria coach station, a short five-minute walk. I found it easy to walk to Tate Britain, about 15 minutes away. I used local bus stops to visit many locations because they were accessible. The staff at reception were efficient and helpful. I could store my bags after checkout and pick them up before 6 PM, which allowed me more sightseeing.
My room was quite small, and it lacked space for luggage, somewhat inconvenient.
